As soon as you sign up, a teeny crown and a credit counter will magically appear in the upper right corner of your screen (ta-daa!) You'll start with one credit right away. Now when you go to any Fancy services page, you'll see a way to spend that credit:

• Drop-in Coaching: Book a session on the appointment calendar

• Fire It Up Feedback: Submit your work through the form

• Custom Lists: Follow the link to the Chill Subs Portal, where you'll find further instructions. 

Once you complete the action, your credit counter will automatically deduct one credit. A new credit will appear each month (yay!)

I don't spend my credit right away?

Credits don't expire! And they accrue. So go ahead: bank those credits and SPLASH OUT when you're ready (you big spender!)

I book Drop-in Coaching by accident??
Easy. Just go to your "Member" page, find "Sessions", and cancel your booking. Your spent credit will reappear in your bank.

I submit Fire It Up Feedback/a Custom List request by accident or change my mind??

I want to apply my credits toward a writing workshop?
Complete the writing workshop reservation form and also tell autumn [at] litmatchcollective.com how many credits you want to redeem for tuition credit. 

Something weird is happening with my credits or my ability to spend them?!
Sometimes things might get buggy (our system's brand squeaky new, after all.) Just holler at autumn [at] litmatchcollective.com and tell us what's going on.
